About Alan Toothman Construction
In 1987, Alan Toothman Construction , Inc. was established in Front Royal, Virginia by the company's founder, D. Alan Toothman. In 1989, the company expanded its business to Shenandoah County, providing custom homes in Spring Hollow Estates in Woodstock. Within three years all operations moved to Shenandoah County, answering the region's growing need for quality planned communities. The result of this innovative vision has produced six communities specially designed with features catering to the retiree.
Alan Toothman Construction succeeded in this endeavor so well that its customers heralded the opening of each new community. Due to Mr. Toothman's strong approach to design balanced by his years of experience, the company's name has become synonymous with careful planning, lasting construction, distinguished features, and excellent value.
